  • Each oceanfront suite is unique and fully furnished. Air conditioning, cable television, and a fully equipped kitchen are standard. There is Hi-Speed Internet access in all rooms. Daily housekeeping is provided and a laundry service is available upon request.
  • The Palms features an incredible swimming pool set in a lush tropical rainforest setting.
  • The grounds at The Palms are well-manicured, private and comfortable.
  • Unlimited Hi-Speed Internet access available in all rooms, at a cost of $25.00 (U.S. Dollars) per week. Bring your laptop!
  • Telephones in all rooms. Long Distance rates apply.
  • What a viewAll rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and televisions.
  • All units are air conditioned, and also have ceiling fans.
  • The Palms will provide you with "first day" of coffee and a gallon of fresh cool purified drinking water. You can purchase more water at the grocery store or we can provide it for you for $2.00 U.S. per gallon.
  • We are happy to stock your fridge with cold beer/sodas before your arrival -- just ask! Special requests are welcome.
  • All of our units have a pullout sofa beds. Kids under 12 sleep free!
  • What a viewAll of our units are ocean front with private verandas, with the exception of our poolside "Casita".
  • We have lounge chairs around the pool and on our private beach front for your sunbathing pleasure! We also provide beach towels.
  • We are happy to book your local airfare on Tropic Air, from and back to Belize Int. Airport. Rate $109.50 (U.S. Dollars) Per person, Round Trip
  • All of the units have safes for your valuables.
  • Our office can arrange all of your local and mainland trips including, diving, snorkling, fishing, daily. Mayan ruins, Cave tubing, etc. We have quite an array of fun and exciting trips -- Just ask!
  • The Palms offers the services of one of the premier wedding planners on Ambergris Caye. Contact us for details.
  • For provisions before your arrive, you can rely on The Palms for keeping you stocked and outfitted. Just let us know in advance.

Helpful Information

  • There are ATM machines on the island, but also bring cash, travelers checks, or credit cards. Mostly all shops and restaurants will honor credit cards.Money exchange is simple, $1.00US=$2.00BZ
  • We are located one block south of the airstrip right on the edge of town for an easy walk to us and to town after you have arrived. If you have a lot of luggage, taxi's vans are available for $4.00 U.S. We will reimburse you for your taxi ride from the San Pedro airport to The Palms and take care of your transfer back to the San Pedro airport on departure. We are a approx. a three minute walk to the supermarket and a 5 minute walk from the center of town.
  • Electricity is 110V, bring your own blow dryers and irons.
